Lunchtime Virtual Yoga Event
End your Spring Break Week with a relaxing 45 minute yoga session in support of Toronto Humane Society.
The class will be hosted by Joanne Lowe, Director and certified yoga instructor of Big Stretch Yoga Centre. She has over 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher and her dog Rufus was adopted from Toronto Humane Society.
Joanne is the wonderful instructor for our Rescue Yoga classes that are held with the furry friends from Toronto Humane Society. Since we aren't able to host a class in person, we hope that you can join us for a virtual session on Friday, April 16 at 11:30am.
Breathe, stretch, relax (or bark, stretch, meow) with your whole family. Enjoy this gentle flowing yoga class to deepen your breath, stretch your body and open your heart.
Beginners are welcome! Recommended for age 10+ but the little ones are welcome to follow along. And don't forget to invite your family pet!
Tickets are only $10.00 for the whole family! Additional donations are encouraged and appreciated.
All proceeds go towards helping Toronto Humane Society improve the lives of animals! Tickets are final sale. Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
Class: 11:30am - 12:15pm
*No tax receipt for the class tickets, additional donations over $20 will be eligible for tax receipts
